Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support solution-based selling.
- Deliver in-depth product and solution presentations to clients.
- Conduct on-site assessments to gather technical requirements from clients.
- Design and size IT infrastructure solutions based on customer needs.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) processes to validate solutions.
- Participate in tender processes, including aanwijzing meetings and technical clarification.
- Prepare detailed and compelling technical proposals.
- Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales stages.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5

Sr. Backup Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage software-based backup solutions (Dell, Veeam, Veritas, Commvault).
- Performed backups and restores for various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ensured data integrity and security through effective backup strategies.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and tune backup systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support various operational needs.
- Mentor junior teams and ensure the team's technical knowledge is kept up to date.
- Create technical documentation and reports related to backup solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backup software management, preferably with Dell products.
- Working experience with Veeam, Veritas, and Commvault.
- Database backup & restore experience such as Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Professional certification in backup software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storage systems, basic networking, and virtualization/HCI technologies.
- Proficient in Linux and scripting (bash, python, or similar).

Network & Security Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Network Implementation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system issues.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and updates.
